The attendant was unable to solve the problem of loud strange music being played all night by another guest which caused us to not be able to sleep. This went on for three nights and when we asked for a refund so that we could go to a different hotel, he said he couldn’t do that, and there were no other rooms that he could move us to. So we were stuck. If your guests are having a bad experience, and you are unable to remedy it, then you should allow them a refund so they can go somewhere else to be able to get sleep.
Also, the continental breakfast was very poor (a few bagels and slices of bread).
We don’t know if all your properties are like this, but we will never stay at another Days Inn.
