The best hotel we have stayed during our 2 weeks trip to Japan! Staffs help you carry your baggage’s the moment you arrive (straight to your room!). Room was large (we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room!) which was super amazing from the hotel staffs considering we have 2 little toddlers and a pregnant wife. You can catch the shuttle bus to the main stations for free, again the staffs help you load and unload everything, a VIP service! I will come back to Kyoto for 1 whole week for our next trip to Japan and will certainly stay at this hotel! Extremely highly recommended!!
