Great hotel. The room was huge, big bathroom and high ceilings, with a lot of natural light. Big comfortable bed. Very clean. Staff were also very kind and helpful. Location is perfect - 5 minute walk to both Niamiga metro station and Zybitskaya Street. Around 10-15 minute walk along the river to Galleria Mall. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Basilian was truly astonishing and exactly what we needed. After a lackluster experience with Hilton in New York, this property completely brought us back to the brand. The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it for one morning. Aside from that, it was a near-perfect stay!

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. The rooms are chic, very stylish design, have everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I've book a King Studio room and to my surprise it wasn't avaiable uppon my coming. They gave me another room, suppose by reception was a better one as has a kitchen (!!) in it, which I didn't care about it. The room I've book has a bedroom separated by living room with a wall. And that's what I needed.

Disappointed

Deluxe apartment is very spacious. Rooms are large, tho not cosy and cold. Lighting is terrible, different color schemes and poor led quality. Vents are noisy, like it you were in on a plane. The bathroom is not a place where you want to stay more than is needed. Bed is good. Kitchen is a joke. We found no wine glasses, utensils are very limited and strange. Breakfast was okay. Location and surroundings — is the only reason to stay there.
