The location and facilities are top notch but they have some major issues. The first is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The rooms get hot in January, but the bugs get in if you open the window. I didn't realize and ended up with bug bites all over my body. So gross. The other issue is the towels. They do not leave enough towels in room for the pool, gym, or kitchen for that matter. I was alotted one hand towel and one bath towel despite continually asking for more. The staff would remove any extra towels every cleaning. The gym was pretty gross because of this. People leaving the cardio machines in a pool of sweat with nothing to clean them. They were nice enough to leave daily coffee and tea, but NO HOT WATER HEATER. There were so many fixable misses, but I won't ever stay here again.

Clean facilities and good breakfast. Sadly the accommodation was incredibly noisy during both nights (loud music until 5am) which made it challenging to sleep. The person at check-in tried to tell us we do not have breakfast included, and we had to show a proof. Otherwise friendly staff and a nice place to stay!

The apartment was very badly insulated so it was very noisy from the two main streets. The kitchen amenities werevery basic and pots in bad shape. The supermarket very overpriced and some of the staff customer orientation and friendliness can be improved .

Great place to stay in Westlands. The location was center to everything. With the sarit center, westlands market, koda nightclub, the alchemist and other touristy things within walking distance. The hotel functions more as a hotel but the rooms look like apartments. This option would be great for longer stays since there's a kitchen and plenty of space. The rooftop pool is so nice and provides a great sunset. The staff were so nice and accommodated me with any questions or concerns. My only issue is... on weekends the apartment would vibrate due to neighboring clubs. I was shocked but I actually loved that it was walking distance from clubs.

The feeling of home, while away.

A great find that replicated the feeling of home while away. Large comfortable bedrooms with multiple full bathrooms and a fully furnished kitchen. Access to a good gym, so good a colleague at another hotel sought to use it for its squat rack. Great location with access to Westgate Shopping, several business partners, local food and shopping of the upmarket and down market varieties. The staff was consistently on-point with quick service and pre=preemptive supports.

Condos not Hotel

This is NOT an hotel. They rent/sell apartments and have some services an hotel would have. Restaurant is a separate entity which they are not clear about. (I had to pay every single breakfast and every meal if I wanted to have them on site). Also comunication with the receptions is unusually challenging. They made every usual hotel service (airport transfer, invoicing, concierge etc...) incredibly slow. I.e. After they offered to pick me up from the airport and several confirmations emails I still found myself alone at the airport. I dont believe they can be considered an hotel but rather a condo association.

This property was exactly what we needed after several weeks of safari. The apartments allowed us to make our own breakfast and lunch, and there were many different dinner options around in the area. Rooftop pool was lovely and had a great view of the city.

The staff and the place itself is amazing as always. The pool the workout center, the slate restaurant the store and the chocolate shop are all fantastic But the owners don’t really put things that need to be used in their rental apartments. Again, they are missing simple things like a kitchen cloth to wipe up spills or paper towel towels, at least coffee maker. I guess you could boil some water for tea in a pan or pot no washcloths in either bathroom. Other than the amenities that are missing, it is always a great place to stay
