It was okay, but for the price I definitely expected better. When we walked into the room, there was a large wad of someone’s hair on the tile floor & the carpets weren’t clean. There were a few bugs flying around that came in from the balcony door not being sealed. I told staff that we have an autistic child & I was nervous about the balcony & they assured me that it locks. The lock did not work, there was nowhere inside the door frame for it to lock into, so instead there was a little L shaped bar that even a toddler could reach & unlock very easily, no resistance and was a very low reach. We had to rig something to tie the lock shut so she couldn’t open it and get onto the balcony while we were sleeping. The drawers had food crumbs I had to clean up before using. The description said the room would have a bathtub/shower combo, but the room did not, it was just a glass shower which really upset my child who has sensory issues & hates showers. Housekeeping I guess doesn’t come at all, I had to call & ask someone to pick up trash & bring towels, they don’t make beds or clean at all. The pools are very tiny, the indoor pool is NOT temperature controlled, it was absolutely freezing despite the board claiming it was 85 degrees. We could not use either pool the entire stay because it was too cold, which is why we chose a hotel with an indoor pool. The hot tub & pool felt dangerous to get in and out of as there were no stairs or railings, just slippery tile. Overall not great.
