Lovely room with a beautiful view over the sea. Room was comfortable and clean, v comfy bed. Breakfast had a lot of variety and plentiful. We had dinner one night, excellent food and service. The outdoor pool is great. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive - couldn’t do enough for us. Hotel is located near a main road where there’s plenty of buses with very regular services to get you around the island. The hotel is up a LOT of steps - something to be aware of if you have mobility issues and/or are on public transport and have heavy luggage!

As an older couple we loved the expansive views across St Aubins bay, the balcony space. Dining options were good but need more vegetarian options. Hotel staff were very friendly and overall a great place to stay. The walk up to hotel was challenging but good cardio. We would definitely stay again.

This excellent hotel overlooks south side of the island and we stayed at the room which had a beautiful sea view and was conveniently close to the swimming pool with heated water. We’ve dined the hotel restaurant called which serves really good cuts. Breakfast was excellent and it’s served to your room if preferred.

All the staff were very helpful nothing was too much trouble when ask question about the areas. The cleaning lady was very polite and did a lovely job! The servers of food & drinks were very attentive and competent, all the staff knew their roll in the hotel and did an excellent job.

A good hotel but not if you have mobility issues

All the staff were excellent and very helpful, the food was very good and its location afforded an excellent view over the bay. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone who is reasonably fit. It is a steep walk up to the hotel and there are no lifts within the hotel itself.

Lovely view from restaurant bar and beautiful terrace, it is slightly away from main restaurants if you wanted to go out in the evening, although you can get a bus either into st Aubin or st hellier 10 mins to both, highly recommend

A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Lovely hotel, run by lovely staff, who couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Toiletries provided in the room and hairdryer which lovely as we travelled with just hand luggage. Staff on reception were super helpful in providing information on which buses to catch to visit different places. Hotel lovely and comfortable, rooms were very nice and fan provided in the room with it been hot. Breakfast was very good. Good selection of cooked breakfast items, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, cereals, pastries, toast, preserves, fresh juices and coffees and teas. All staff from management to room staff were always chatty, helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and when we visit Jersey again we will definitely be coming back to Hotel Cristina.
