Checking in late at this hotel was quick and easy, but we were not informed of breakfast times—so it was a guessing game the next morning. The rooms are only available with two queens or one king; we were a family of five and initially got just three bath towels. When we asked housekeeping for two more, we were told our room was only allotted three, which was confusing. Eventually, we insisted and got the extra towels, but it was an unnecessary hassle.
Breakfast was average—nothing remarkable. The arcade was disappointing as only one machine was actually working, which left little for the kids to do. The pool area itself was nice and clean, but there were never towels available at the rack. We always had to go back to the front desk to get some.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but small inconveniences like lack of communication, towel shortages, and limited amenities made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been. With a few adjustments, it could be much better for families.
