The first suite we were given was not checked prior to our arrival. There were wrappers and pieces of food on the floor and the bed looked like it had been sat on. I reported this to the front desk and was given a different room on a different floor. Our room was on the back of the building/opposite of the front desk. The back door had a sign that said door would be locked 24/7 but the first 3 days we stayed there, the door was unlocked and did not need a room key to open. On the 4th night, the door was locked and the card reader did not work, we had to take a long walk all around the building to go through the front door and then walk all the way to the back if the building to get to our room. Also, on the 3rd night , which according to their signs, would be a mandatory cleaning of the room, I requested housekeeping early that morning and fresh sheets/towels. Hoping we would get back to a clean room after a long day of shopping and going to the beach, we were disappointed. Housekeeping came and took all our towels, did not clean or anything, just took all the towels. We had to go request towels and were told they did not have any hand towels or wash cloths, only regular towels. Overall, a bad experience with this location.
