Great Service, very clean place and rooms were cleaned daily, very quiet place to get some a good rest, shower head needs to be upgraded to new one, dennys restaraunt on location and a gas station 10 yrds away. Great Place, Great Prices, Great Service.

Shower didn’t work. Had to shower in my sisters room. Light bulb out in lamp. Very dark in room. Night clerk tried to give me small decorative bulb! “That’s all we have.” My sisters room the doorknob pin fell off and she was locked in until her husband returned. Phone did not work in her room

Really cool mid century hotel with older Dennys attached. Annabelle at the front desk went above and beyond helping me with an item I left there. Everyone was friendly. If this were in Palm Springs they’d charge triple and be in design mags.

The positive comments that I can leave is that the bed was very comfortable and clean, and the location of the hotel felt safe. However, I was extremely disappointed when we arrived to our room. The rating given and displayed by Hotels.com was 8.6 “Excellent “. In reality, a more accurate rating would have been “Good”. The place was old and need repair. More care for maintenance and upkeep would make a huge difference. Because it was old and showed much wear and tear, it appeared not as clean as it should be. Paint was chipped, the bathroom door stuck when trying to close it, the bathtub faucet stuck out from the tile, the curtains didn’t close all the way. The whole place gave me an unsettling feeling. However, the refrigerator did work well and was used overnight and we did receive a good night’s rest. The room rate was GREAT! That made me wonder about the “Excellent “ rating, and now I understand why it was lower than other hotels in the area. If you’re not too picky, Ocotillo Inn is not too bad of a place for the price, however, I will not be returning, not even for that price. Sorry

It’s a great spot to stay before crossing the border. Clean, quiet, good parking, food nearby and a Dennys onsite. we havent used the pool or hottie but they always look clean

The stay was so so. But the condition of the room was not good. The bathroom was lacking in maintenance, dirty and had a smell to it. furniture in the room was dirty. still had residue from previous guest had drinks and left sticky marks on it. People yelling outside the room very early in the morning. Would I stay there again? NO

The TV in the original room I was assigned to didn’t work. I was moved and the new room was okay.

Upon checking in, the TV didn’t work so the front desk man said the batteries needed replacing so after switching them out, it still didn’t work so he moved me to room 218 and that TV was not working properly, dark screen. The AC in the new room didn’t work properly either. When I checked out, the front desk woman just said she was sorry but didn’t offer any help or anything to compensate for the problems I experienced. I’ve stayed here at least 5 other times.
