I stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved my stay! My favourite hotel of all time I think. In part it was the suite which was beautiful and perfect for us. The personal touches such as the fresh flowers, fruit plate and personal note were so appreciated. The other huge bonus was the executive lounge which meant Happy Hour complimentary drinks and appetizers, as well as a more intimate breakfast experience. We loved it so much! Otherwise the breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were lovely throughout and they were very generous with a late checkout. The location was great with a walking path to the MRT and 1 Utama right outside the lobby. I can’t wait to return!

I stayed for 5 nights in the Studio Suite and absolutely loved my stay to the degree that I would say it’s my favourite hotel of all time. The suite was beautiful with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, a handwritten note and fruit plate. Also a free mini bar (first items). From the bed to the shower to the kitchenette, everything was perfect. It was also so soundproof! The suite was an amazing deal given the access to the executive lounge! Wow, we had complimentary happy hour cocktails and appetizers daily and a more intimate breakfast some days. The Buffett was also amazing with tons of choices. Staff were so lovely and accommodating including an incredibly generous late check out which I very much appreciated. Outside of the lobby is the walkway to the MRT and 1 Utama mall. Incredibly close and convenient. I can’t wait to come back! My highest recommendation for this amazing hotel!!

Room was nice size and had a room with a great view. One of the evenings enjoyed good entertainment near the lobby area where there was a brother and sister performing ballads of familiar songs. Hotel is conveniently located near to 1U shopping mall and the MRT station, which provided for good connectivity and choices of activities. The hotel staff are courteous and efficient, and supervisor present during checking in was very helpful and attentive. Good location and friendly staff. However, the restaurant area is extremely crowded and busy. There is a lot of tables, and moving around requires bothering people eating. The food quality is not at par with the hotel standard - this goes for especially breakfast, but also the a la carte menu. (western menu). Last but not least, I got a scare from an iron that almost caught fire while heating up in my room, releasing nasty black smoke. This was taken very lightly by the staff, and got me a bit worried as I assume each room has a similar low quality iron, and as i was staying at high floor.

Great location adjacent to Bandar Utama transport station and ginormous 1 Utama Shopping Centre. Unlimited dining options! A quick undercover walk to both but passes a poorly operating sewer of some sort. Good house keeping and bell hop but reception service was patchy. Bathroom plumbing requires maintenance. Both sink and shower areas not draining efficiently. Notwithstanding, good value for money and would return.

Room is big and clean. We had a problem with the shower. Water does not drain properly in the shower and accumulates. The water overflows into the toilet area. We asked for the issue to be fixed and were told that the issue has been fixed. However, the issue was not fixed. We were offered to change room very late at night and we do not want to change room in the middle of the night. Overall it is not a pleasant experience… imagine having water up to you ankle while showering. Yuck.
