Love this place! Always a great time, the only negative was we had a family with a child or two above us the second night and the child jumped and ran back and forth for about 5 hrs so our afternoon was not as peaceful and no nap happening after our morning out early shopping and exploring. This is not the Inns fault by any means so I still 100% would stay agin

This building is definitely old and has some wear but that only adds to the character and charm. Even though the room was small, it had everything we needed and some extra special touches, like a chocolate left bedside and tissues on both sides of the bed. It was cozy and homey. The snack area was well stocked and had an amazing variety to choose from for a late-night bite. But the best part about the experience was breakfast served in the dining room by Julia. Each breakfast came on its own tray and so was not only delicious and plentiful but beautifully presented. I will choose this Inn again next time we are in town.

Such a beautiful old home. Each night when we returned it was like coming home for the day. Breakfast was always on time and delicious. The staff went out of their way to meat my wife's diet restrictions. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast included meat, eggs, fruit, and some kind of oatmeal, and a treat. It came on a tray that you were free to take out the yard or up to your room.

This place is truly one of a kind. I’ve stayed here before with my husband in the first floor room and it was amazing and this time we brought our kids and stayed in the family room on the top floor and it was no less amazing. The room was great and they’d thought of everything. Yes, older properties can have a few quirks, but that just adds to the charm in my opinion. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and they were very accommodating for the kids and they also offer snacks all day long which my kids probably ate most of! My daughter and husband enjoyed playing chess in the dining room and all my kids loved the experience and will be talking about it for some time! Great place to stay in Ludington!!

Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was okay but back stairs seemed a little unsafe. AC was load and some of the blinds did not work well. Shower water pressure was weak and hot water stopped working. Too many stairs

Loved everything about it except the "front" staircase. 2 seniors banging bags and balancing up the twisty, dark staircase near the "front" entrance. Not easy for low vision or mobility challenged folk. We had no issues navigating the main staircase in the building. We discovered it only after struggling up and selling in. Great opportunities for improvement here if only signage directing to the other stairs. Other than that, we really enjoyed the place! Recommended.

Excellent B&B experience overall. Quaint. Friendly. Good breakfast with perfect accommodation of gluten insensitivity. Parking lot is tidy with easy in and out. Bathroom was tiny, but that is expected in an old home. Biggest negative was an uncomfortable bed.
