The luggage storage area was great waiting for transportation to the airport. There’s a Starbucks you can sit in while waiting. As for the rooms - beds weren’t comfortable, they were quite hard. There are no fitted sheets over the mattresses, only just a thin sheet and duvet cover. It wasn’t even checkout time yet and three times room service entered our room to turn the room over for the next guests while we were still there. There’s no mini fridge to store anything so beware especially if you have medications that need refrigeration.

I had a reservation for April 14th but couldn't arrive due to a flight overbooking. I contacted the hotel and Hotels.com 12 hours before check-in to ask for a date change (not a refund). They both refused and charged me 100% of the price (USD 1,000+ lost). They showed zero empathy for a birthday/proposal trip. If you are traveling from abroad and any flight issue happens, they will just take your money and offer no help. Avoid this booking platform and this hotel's rigid management
