The pool was full of bugs, homeless everywhere, next door is a parking lot for 18 wheelers. So its always loud and noisy. When we were parking we were harassed by security about where we were parking. He stood there arguing with that we couldn't park in handicapped because we didn't have a hanging placard. Our vehicles plate has the handicapped on it. We had to get out and point to the plate multiple times for him to understand. In our room if we wanted to use the microwave we had to physically pick it up and move it to where there was a outlet. There was broken tvs by the stairway. Staff and amenities were not pleasant either. Way overpriced.

Pictures are SUPER outdated! Like, the lobby and the rooms in the picture are a night and day difference. This seems to be one of those places were unhoused people live in until they can find more long term housing. It wasn't sketchy or dangerous, but really run down and not well maintained. If you're looking for a place to rest for the night for dirt cheap, this will satisfy that. Wifi is also terrible, don't expect to do anything beyond checking emails. They also seem to have random additional costs like getting an extra room key, I had to pay an additional $10 to get a second room key; and no, they didn't tell me when I asked for the second key. Staff was really nice tho, this place is more of 2.5/5.

I do not recommend staying at this property. There were bugs in our room and toilet was leaking. Water all on the bathroom floor. Beds were uncomfortable. We checked out early and informed staff however was unable to get any sort of refund or accommodation. Highly don’t recommend this hotel.

They had bed bugs, the toilet in one room would shut off, ran the entire time, the shower in the other room driped all over the floor, when i asked for ectra towel the room service lady glared at me, then when i asked for new towels, i was told really how many, the hot tub was ice cold.

The hotel rooms are run down and need much updating. Bathroom fan was super loud and towels are very small and old. No hairdryer. TV very low resolution. Not in the best area. Only plus… the beds were very comfortable and price was good. Ok if you just want a place to sleep.

Staff was wonderful, 10 out of 10. The room on the other hand could definitely use some upgrades. Bed was comfortable, sheets had wax(?) stuck on it, probably should have thrown that one out. The tub shower needs to be replaced. Ceramic is cracked/falling off and stained. Tile floor appeared clean but our socks were black after walking in it. Surprisingly quiet for being right off the I 10and 51st ave. Also, huge plus that IHop is in the same parking lot. I have stayed in more questionable places but I probably won't stay here again.
