Pior Experiência de Todas

Fiquei 3 dias hospedado no Palladium após tendo ficado alguns dias em outros resorts e ,sinceramente, este foi de longe o pior de todos. Uma pena pois acreditava que pelo fato de ter um preço superior aos demais a qualidade também seria maior. As instalações são velhas e precárias (o quarto parecia o de um hotel dos anos 80), muitas vezes tive que caminhar longas distâncias pois não tinha (ou aparecia) serviço do carro para te levar nos lugares, as informações dada sobre os principais pontos do hotel foram precárias, alguns funcionários pareciam que estavam fazendo favores para você (principalmente a garota da piscina que entrega as toalhas) e a comida do buffet simplesmente com aspecto terrível. Eu que não tenho frescura para comer, tive dificuldades. Não vi nenhuma vantagem em ter escolhido este resort mais caro em comparação aos outros mais baratos que, inclusive, foram melhores. O que eu gostei foram dos restaurantes. O serviço e as comidas nos restaurantes a la carte foram mil vezes melhores que os demais.

Second time at the Grand Palladium. This time we stayed at the Bavaro resort. We had a good time once again. Friendly staff and plenty of activities to do. Food at the Argentinian restaurant is great. Highly recommend this resort, especially for families.

O hotel Bavaro é ótimo! Toda a rede de restaurantes temáticos, piscinas, bares molhados, sistema de diversão e acomodações sao excelentes! A questao é atendimento. No inicio da estadia achamos muito estranho pois faziamos o pedido aos atendentes e demoravam muito tempo pra atender. Passavam varias vezes na frente da mesa sem o pedido. Depois entendemos que eles queriam a gorjeta. Lá, quase todos atendem assim. Sugestão: leve dolar trocado ou troque no cassino que tem no hotel. Nossobqurto apresentou alguns problemas. O ar condicionado entupiu a saida da água e molhou o quarto todo. Tivemos dificuldades que a manutenção viesse arrumar. So depois de insistir muito na recepção e com a camareira. Bamheira de hidro não ligava e nem a TV.

We do a yearly trip with 16-20 people every year, unfortunately 4 out the 16 this year got food poisoning, spent a day in they’re rooms violently vomiting, the rest with had bad stomach cramps and really bad diarrhea ruining many of the groups days since they couldn’t travel far. We’ve all run into diarrhea at all inclusive but not this bad with cramps and it is clearly due to the food on the resort. The food was horrific and due to the issues with our friends we were all cautious when selecting anything We tried the Mexican and steak house which were the better of the meals we had, the Argentina rest we walked out of as it took 45 to get our food and when it did show up was so rare for what we ordered medium rare. None of the staff were friendly at the service bars or smile. Some of them around the pools were better but the lobby bar staff is so slow and disorganized. I found the Punta Cana lobby the best even though we were booked at the bravaro We upgraded to the roof top room with the jacuzzi and bed. The room it self was fine but definitely not worth the upgrade as we turned on the jets and hair all came out, our other friends it was full of bugs when they turned there’s on so none of them were used. The group is talking about going to the palladium in Jamaica next year since a few have done it but I can say I’ll pass on any Palladium property. They are going to kill someone with there food safety

It is very old building, phone wasn’t working, room smell very humid and it took two days for a room change The reception person we encountered after our flight was delayed more than 3 hours was very arrogant and only talk to my husband, he refused to talk to me, I actually believe he gave us the worst room there was The food was very average, not happy at all

The check-in process was a disaster. Despite reserving accommodations for five family members, we were assigned two rooms located far apart, which was incredibly inconvenient. Our dining experience was equally disappointing—we were denied entry to a restaurant for being “too informal,” even though others dressed similarly were allowed in. Who goes to the beach in formal attire, anyway? Making restaurant reservations was nearly impossible as everything was supposedly booked, yet we noticed many empty tables. Even when we managed to secure reservations on different nights, the staff refused to adjust them so we could dine together as a family. The restaurant hosts were rude and inflexible. Additionally, housekeeping was subpar—our towels were not replaced, and despite repeated assurances from reception that they would be delivered “right away,” they only arrived the following day. Overall, the service was very disorganized and disappointing.

Our stay started a little rough as our room did not look like the pictures and many items were not working including the fan, phone, and the sofa bed was broken. We worked with staff and were able to upgrade our room and were very pleased with our new accommodations. The amenities around the resort were great and we really enjoyed all the evening activities. Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and good drinks.

Beach - Wonderful & beautiful. Food - Cold and repetitive choices. House keeping - Didn't clean our room for three of the eight days. Water - Hard to get in the room. Grounds and garden - Nicely kept. Bar and service - Limited selection and no service. You had to stand in line to get a drink with one or two bartenders. Rooms - Are big but OLD. Activities - Limited. Towels - At the Barvo you have to check them in and out, but at the Palace next door you do not, weird. Would I stay at the Grand Palladium Bavor again, no. We've stayed at the Place next door and it was good. Too bad the quality of service is not the same at all of their properties.
