I had a great stay at Enotel Magnolia!
The bed was extremely comfortable — every night’s sleep was restful. I also liked that the bins were separated for recycling, which made being eco-friendly easy. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the indoor pool, steam room, and sauna, which was a bit tucked away but perfect for unwinding. Staff throughout the hotel were lovely and very helpful.
Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide, healthy variety including plenty of fruits, gluten-free, and lactose-free options, which was great to see included.
The only downside to my stay was how my birthday was handled. I had informed the hotel in advance, but there was no acknowledgment or even a simple "happy birthday," which was disappointing. Small gestures make a big difference in hospitality, especially on special occasions. I had seen other reviews mentioning thoughtful birthday surprises at this hotel, so it felt even more noticeable that nothing was done in my case, which sadly took away from the excitement of the day.
Overall, a very good stay, but the missed birthday gesture did leave a sour note.
