I've stayed at Level before in other cities. It's always great, BUT this time, we had to wait almost an hour and a half to get checked in. As a business owner myself, management & staff are aware of events in the city and they were severely understaffed. Having rooms booked prior, staff would be aware of the influx of people coming to check in and should have been better prepared.
The manager came out of his office multiple times, saw that the line went from the front desk all the way to the front door, but did not offer any type of assistance to help his staff.
Level is a great place to stay but this experience was disappointing. I'd maybe expect this at a 3 star but this was not acceptable.
