Love the room, the sofa bed could be improved. As well as the pillows. I wish there is complimentary bottled water for convenience or water fountain somewhere near the fitness/pool area. the repair team service is prompt and superb! So are the receptionists. One night stay in Seattle to see the Chihuly Glass & Garden Museum and the Space needle. Both were very nice. Our two-bedroom, two bathroom, separate setting area and kitchen at the Level Hotel was extremely nice. Check in and out went smoothly. Staff were very friendly. The only bad thing to say about our rooms were the beds. One was very hard and the other, you could feel the springs in the bed. I would recommend the Level Hotel.
