within the expectation but could be doing better!

The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no response was heard. I also emailed the hotel in advance that we would be celebrating our first wedding anniversary during our stay but no email response was received nor special arrangment was made and I don’t think the receptionist was noticed about that.

好的地點，舒適的房間

整體來說是間尚可的飯店，房間大又乾淨，有兩張桌子三張椅子，房內裝簧可愛又舒適。但廁所和浴室在房間的最兩端，廁所內沒有洗手檯，必需繞到另一端的浴室去洗手。晚上我們向飯店要了牙刷和拖鞋，但櫃檯只給了一支牙刷，另一支要我們等明天早上超市開了自己去買！也沒有拖鞋。浴室內的吹風機是風管式的，難吹又會燙到手。櫃檯服務人員有幾位很親切，有幾位很不親切。如果可以的話，建議看看其他間飯店。

Terrible experience

“In the middle of the night, I came to my room to rest, unpacked my belongings, and just as I was about to take a shower, I was faced with water leaking from the wall. Later, the staff at reception tried to help, but the room I was moved to was freezing cold. The room never warmed up throughout the night and remained cold. The air conditioner in the room was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. This night will likely remain in my memory as the worst experience of my entire trip. I have never experienced anything like this at any hotel before. I am truly very upset. I definitely do not recommend this place. For this price, the service is terrible.”

Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately.

Estancia de 3 noches en Brugge, en viaje familiar. Contrate 2 habitaciones. La ubicación muy céntrica todo esta cerca caminando. El desayuno vale e$20 bien vale la pena, buenas opciones. Lo malo es que a mi llegada NO reconocieron el beneficio de una bebida de bienvenida. Muy recomendable regresare.

Our room wasn't ready until after 3pm , before when we have stayed in we have always been able to check in earlier. The lady on reception was also rude to my daughter about the parking. But nice location and our previous stays here have always been excellent

The location was good. Ever heard of fur coat no knickers? This was that. Looks great from the front and apparently if you had a superior room it was also good. Standard rooms don't count even at 130-150 Euros per night. It is not 4 star. No offer of help with bags. We were in the back annex which is in need of a refurb. Mouldy ceiling in the bathroom, hairdryer from last century that was hot to hold. A separate toilet with no sink so you had to touch two door handles from loo to sink in bathroom. Not the most hygienic. No free water in the room. Tea & Coffee facilities but you had to take the kettle across to the desk to plug in. These were the only plugs. No USBs. Vinyl flooring and poor sound proofing. We could hear next door talking and laughing quite late. Nothing wrong in that, but would have been better to have some sound proofing, like a carpet to soften sound. If you must stay then upgrade to superior rooms as they must be better. Lovely staff and nice public areas.
