When first checking in there was no one in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before someone showed up. We got a rushed explanation on the $50 deposit information. Once we got to the bedroom it was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, blood stains on the walls and furniture. Many other nasty stains and scratches on the walls in the bathroom as well. Someone drew something on the headboard of the bed. The tv that was once mounted to the wall was pulled off and sat on the dresser prompted up against the wall. The door was all banged up as if it’d been kicked in before. It was terrible and we could not stay the night there. We had to check out.

Room was dirty and things were broken, the tv was found on the dresser not hanged up. The room smelt bad for saying it was a non smoke room, for it being Stockton the hotel price was too expensive for it being what it was, plus the room was very small on top of that they charge for pet stay when I'm not sure why if the rooms are in horrible condition! The area is not safe and there's a lot of bad people staying in that location. Your best bet is Motel 6 there cheaper and there rooms are always clean and they allow pets and have free WiFi and there rooms are very spacious!

The room was horrible! It got decent reviews prior to booking but there were loose wires, holes in doors, water damage etc. People were yelling outside two diff times. Glad there was a security guard. We slept on top of the bed and took off as early as possible. But the heater worked well!

The room looked like it was straight out of a 70s horror movie. The bed was a metal framed and Rickety at best, with a horrible mattress on it. The room smelled like it needed to be really cleaned. The lights did not work over the sink, the door didnt even work right youvreally had to work at shutting it otherwise you could just push it open. The towels are in severe need of good bleach or replacing them. The front desk guy was awesome he provided 5 star customer service. To bad hes at a hotel that cant even make a rating. I checked out early but to get a refund I had to wait for 6 hours. The next lady that was working did the refund for me in like 5 minutes. This is a crazy place, not for the faint at heart or for "normal" folks for sure.
