This place looked like an old hotel that we probably bumped into this very year in a stepping-stone period towards its becoming a proper boutique hotel (perhaps I will go back next year to double check). As a matter of fact the reception was stunning but once you get in your room you have the feeling of having being trown in some kind of B&B that needs a lot of refurbishing asap. Staff was indeed very kind and professional (we left at 6.30 am and they were nice enough to make some breakfast one hour in advance); although it was not mentioned (I thought parking was free), by paying 15 Euros per night you even get a valet (Massimo or Matteo, very nice guys) and your own parking space. Seaside is 1 min walk, and the lido in front of the hotel rents boats which was a bonus (approx. 100-150 Euros plus fuel for one equipped with a MERCURY FourStroke 40 EFI 3 cyl. to keep the whole day). Ideal to visit Arco Magno and Isola di Dino to say the least, the brave can go towards Maratea also.

Il soggiorno sarebbe stato abbastanza piacevole se non fosse per 2 spiacevoli eventi; appena arrivati alle 13:50 mi è stato detto che il parcheggio da me prenotato per telefono non c'era e quindi è nata la prima discussione perché secondo la receptionist avevo capito io male si è poi scoperto che l'altra receptionist mi aveva dato un informazione sbagliata,cmq alla fine mi hanno dato un parcheggio sempre a pagamento di 15 euro al giorno,in coda ad altre macchine con l'obbligo di lasciare le chiavi e mi hanno puntualizzato che il chek-in doveva essere fatto alle ore 15:00 ed io da persona per bene sono stato in giro per 1 ora per poi arrivare alla struttura alle ore 15:00,con grande dispiacere ci viene detto che la camera purtroppo ancora non aveva tutta la biancheria da letto al completo,alla fine siamo andati lo stesso in camera perché eravamo cmq stanchi del viaggio.al termine della permanenza tutto pronto per andarcene se non fosse che la macchina parcheggiata dietro di noi non si sapeva di chi era,dopo circa 30/40 minuti si scopre che un ospite del hotel aveva parcheggiato e la receptionist che c'era il giorno prima non gli aveva detto di lasciare le chiavi e non si sapeva neanche di chi era ,colazione nella media,pulizie buone ,personale abbastanza disorganizzato

Io ed il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato presso il Tea Hotel per ben 4 giorni e come prima cosa possiamo dire che il punto forte della struttura è sicuramente la sua posizione,in quanto si trova a poco più di 50 mt dal mare ed a poche centinaia di metri dal centro della città di Praia a mare. Abbiamo riscontrato al suo interno un personale gentile, sempre sorridente e disponibile a fornirci informazioni sulla zona e sui vari ristoranti presso i quali poter mangiare. L’hotel offre infatti solo un servizio di prima colazione abbondante incluso nel prezzo oltre a servizi come pulizia impeccabile delle camere ogni mattina, un servizio biciclette a noleggio di cui personalmente abbiamo usufruito per tutto il soggiorno e la possibilità di usufruire di Lodi convenzionati con la struttura ad un prezzo davvero piccolo. La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva, speriamo infatti di ritornare presto per poter passare qualche altro giorno nella splendida cittadina di Praia a mare.
