Una estancia agradable.

En general la estancia estuvo bien. La atención del personal amable. Excepto que reporté a la camarera que el depóstido de la tasa del baño fuga agua, y nunca lo repararon, el agua se está desperdiciando.

Mother daughter getaway

We had a great getaway at Playa Los Arcos. The style of the hotel is beautiful and makes you feel like you’ve escaped. Our room was not large but it was very comfortable. Having the sink separate from the rest of the bathroom was nice for getting ready. The hotel is situated right in the heart of downtown with a nice piece of beachfront. It was easy to walk everywhere and very safe. We met so many people who come to the hotel year after year and we know why. The size of the hotel is on the smaller side but felt boutique-ey. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our meals at the buffet. It was quite small if you are used to big resorts but there was always something yummy, new and fresh. We ate at the a la carte restaurant one evening and had a lovely dinner. One small thing I would suggest to make the rooms more comfortable would be to add a full length mirror in each room. Our room backed onto the street and was a bit noisy in the evening but it always stopped around 11 and didn’t cause us any issues.

This is our forever place in PV. Hotel is very accommodating. The shows they have in the evening are fantastic. Shopping is everywhere. Look at the hotel’s website.

Supposed to be Honeymoon, not Nightmare

It was the worst stay My wife and I have EVER experienced! We had reservations for 9 days. We stayed 1 night and left back for home! It may say resort, but it is not! Maybe in 1950. The hotel has not been kept up at all. Our room including the bathroom was maybe 325 sq ft. You couldn't use the toilet without closing door. No water pressure. No room for luggage. Very low light. Holes in curtains. Room was right next to housekeeping. Street adjacent had sirens running all night. Neighborhood was EXTREMELY sketchy. Drunk & disorderly outside our room till 3am. We had no view except for slums across street. We didnt get pool or beach view, not that it made a difference. Couldnt get another room. It was horrible!

Great location

The location is perfect! The beach also perfect and they provide lounge chairs and umbrellas. We never had a problem getting a lounger and umbrella. The rooms are very small and outdated but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. The beds are very firm but we’re actually pretty comfortable for us. There was not much street noise to be heard at night either. We did not choose the all inclusive and we were glad we did not. We were able to walk around the town and eat at many different places. Pacos Takos is right around the corner and I highly recommend waiting in line for it!

The hotel is 30 years old and it shows in the rooms. Furniture is heavy carved wood Spainish style. The shower was terrible, going from hot to cold. The main reception area is fine as are the swiming pools. The restaurant breakfast is great and good value. The restaurant attached to the Hotel (Maximillian) is great.

Don't recommend

The bathrooms had mold everywhere, the tub leaked onto the floor creating a tripping hazard, the staff was rude. Only good thing is location.
