Poor service
This hotel was double booked and I was sent to another Marriot option which quality was lower than this one.
I was never notified about any changes until I came to the actual property. Because the rain was so heavy and it was late, I had to accept but mildly saying, I am not happy with the situation.
Please, review the policy. You must communicate with the customer if you don't have the property available. You can just assign them wherever you feel like it.
