The personnel at the front desk were rude. They acted as if they were annoyed when we needed to speak to them. We had car trouble and requested a later checkout if needed. We asked the front desk that night after getting back to the hotel, and were told we would have to speak to the manager in the morning. They did give us an additional 30 minutes, but my wife heard them rudely talking about us to other staff. This took place in the lobby where other guests could hear them as well. What makes it worse was, this was the manager speaking about us. Also the lamps by the bed, the phone to call the front desk, and the microwave did not work. Also the pool was never stocked with towels, and when we asked the front desk for 5 towels. Because are a family of 5. We were told they only had 3 and were treated as if we were an annoyance. When we asked for additional towels for our room. We were told we would have to search the hotel to find the cleaning staff and get the towels from them, and we were told that we had to bring our used towels to the front desk. When we did all of that. We were told to put them in the floor by the front desk where they stayed for over 3 hours. I was incredibly disappointed by the actions of the staff especially management.
