Wonderful stay!

The view was absolutely amazing. It was perfect distance from the cheer venue we attended. It was about a 7 minute drive. The bed was comfortable, restrooms were clean, and we had first floor so being able to walk outside from our patio was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back.

We have stayed a couple of times and absolutely love it. So clean and staff is very friendly. Not alot of parking for how big it is. We had to park across the street but they give you passes for your windows.

Rockville

Stayed for event at Daytona Speedway. Location = Uber prices ok, taxi prices horrible. Didn’t use any amenities or go to the beach. 2 bedroom / 2 bath updated and remodeled. No dish soap, only 1 roll of tp for the whole unit, easy fix with call to front desk. As soon as I booked, I received an email with info that was NOT given upon booking: 1.”Security Deposit: A hold will be placed at check-in on your credit card in the amount of $250. The credit card hold will be released, subject to any incidental charges or damages, upon check-out and can take up to 21 business days to reflect in your account.” 2.”We will again begin enforcing the parking policy of only 1 parking pass per unit. Guests will be informed of the available public street parking.” With 2 guests coming from another part of the state, we needed to arrive in 2 cars. When I asked the front desk, they told me to “google it” to find a place to park the second vehicle. When I referenced the email I received, she had no idea what it stated and again told me to “google public parking.” We ended up having to pay 60$ for a parking garage 2 miles away. They could have cared less. We spent the first hour of our stay trying to find parking. To top it off, there were available spaces throughout our 3 night stay. Only reason to go to Daytona is Rockville and Buc-ees.

Would stay again!

Everything about the hotel was great! Great staff, clean rooms, large room that was very nice, great view. The only thing that could have been better is the drink selection in the vending machine. We got in really late one night and a lot of stores were closed. We went to get water and therr was none available. We went to get the last two gatorades in the machine and we got one but the other got stuck and ended up falling.

This was one of the worst stays i have had in a ling time. They should really take resort out of their name. The bed was super uncomfortable so much so that we left a day early and lost the cost of a night. When i told the front desk lady she informed me that they were brand new mattresses but i could feel every spring and it was super uneven. I explained my wife is a disabled vet and there wasnt even the slightest attempt to help us. This was our 14th anniversary and my wife and i never go away alone, this was the first time in years we chose to not take the whole family. The staff was very curt borderline rude. We were woken up by cleaning staff on Saturday talking super loud right outside our door. When i told the front desk she told me it was not possible because the staff didnt come in until 7 (i looked outside when they woke me it was the staff) I could go on but I say all this to say you would literally have to pay me to stay at this over priced motel 6 ever again. I will say on a positive note the veiw of the ocean was pretty amazing. Also beware the desperate sales people!

They do not treat you well unless you are an owner

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. I was in town for my kids dance competition. We checked in Friday evening after school and had to be up early in the morning. Due to our arrival time, we were not allowed to use the pool/hot tub because they close when it is dark. No lights on the deck. Pitch black. Check in is normally at 3, but we weren’t able to get in until 7sh. Saturday we were out all day for competition, so by the time we got back to the hotel, it was past 7 as well. Once again not allowed to use the amenities. Sunday was our check out day, 10am. We got everything out of the room before then. I came to the desk around 930 to ask if we can borrow the beach towels in the room and drop it off somewhere to return. The “property manager” told me check out is at 1030. I told her I was aware, and that we didn’t get a chance at all to use the pool and would like to be able to stay for that for just a little bit. She got so rude with me and said I’m asking her to break policy. I tried to seek some compassion. When she asked if I was an timeshare owner, I said no, she said they only accommodate owners. I paid about $700 for this stay and apparently my money didn’t matter. Maintenance harassed my senior mother later on and accused her of being rude. He gave her the most angry stare at her and I tried to speak to him, but he said he’s going to the front desk, then came back out with security as if we were causing a scene. They are not nice to you unless you are an owner!
