There is no one at check-in counter, no bell or no phone to catch the staff. We just needed to wait until someone notice. If you don’t have enough staff, you should put something which I can reach to the staff. Room was clean and nice tidy. Good point to having a choice of pillows. But there is no door for the bathroom…..

Was worried about aircraft noise as the hotel is under flight path. Very surprised as couldn't hear a thing. Very quiet & comfy overall. Great facilities. Would definitely stay again.

It was in a perfect location for us to fly in from country NSW, $30 cab fare between airport & motel, walk to and from a concert at the Factory Theatre, then fly home in the morning. A quick trip but everything was well up to standard and we'll definitely stay again.

The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. There was a balcony with a view and it was easy walking distance from a lot of facilities including a major train station. Staff were helpful, and there is a restaurant on site. Parking is limited, but there are options available that don't mean moving your car too often. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient, but noisy. We slept through it beautifully though.

Great location, very convenient. Quiet inside, which is good because it is right under the flight zone. Outside it is almost deafening but inside I didn't even notice it. Food at the bistro downstairs is yummy. Lost of vegan options. No parking on site, but was able to find some in the nearby area. Not great during the day though as there is tight restrictions, best to leave the car home and catch the speedy train to Sydenham instead.

Extremely deceptive from the outside. The service, the food and the accommodation couldn’t fault. My husband loved the plane’s flying over our balcony. They stop at 11pm so no impingement on sleep. Will stay again.

It was recently renovated. It’s an excellent Reno with great finishes. Club downstairs was fantastic, great meals and excellent vibe. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly staff. Great convenient location to get to the city. Delicious food and cocktails downstairs. Nice clean new bathroom and comfy bedding.
