All the carpets on the premises including the room are signifigantly worn and stained. This makes the hotel seem not clean. Simply replacing all carpets would give this place a massive upgrade. The bed is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is dated, and could benefit from a new shower curtain and a courtesy hair dryer like most other places offer. Convenient location to Queenstown and directly accross from Onson hot pools. The complimentary parking was a nice add.
