Disgusting

Requesting a refund. So disgusting we did not stay more than one hour and only on the curb while trying to book another hotel. Stains and fluids on furniture, walls, and sheets. No shower curtain and cockroaches everywhere. Should be closed down for good!

Only in an extreme need, would I ever again…

We were greeted by a nice front desk agent but also by a not-so-nice musty smell. Hand written signs everywhere posted saying food for paying customers. Looking out the window later and seeing people walking around after midnight sort of brought it around full circle. The elevator to the 3rd floor sounded & felt like it should have been put out of service a long time ago. We were a family of 4 and were only provided 2 towels. When asking for more, got told “sorry, they’re in the dirty laundry.” The nice housekeeper gave use some hand towels to help with the kids. The room itself looked and felt old. The curtain was falling off the window. The beds were clean and okay (otherwise we would have left). The bathroom was dirty, paint was coming off the wall, the door, tub and counter were stained and gross. Stopped in for the breakfast on the way out. Absolutely not. Not sure what I expected but definitely not. I wouldn’t ever stay again unless it was renovated or the need was dire. Definitely will teach me to try to save a buck and try a new to me chain. No thanks.

Not only did we have to ring the bell 4-5 times before somebody showed up to check us in, the pool was out of service and the room looked nothing like the pictures online. The door in our bathroom was broken in such a way that when you shut it, it would not reopen without significant force, causing my children to panic because they thought they were trapped in the bathroom. The 2 towels and 1 washcloth in the room (that’s all there was), were all damp, requiring me to go to the front desk to get replacements. The bathtub was filthy and had no shower curtain. The door on the TV stand was broken and there was no iron, ironing board or hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was also inadequate. I decided to eat at a restaurant instead but my daughter ventured to try the fruit loops and said they were stale. We had booked two nights but checked out after one and the hotel refused to refund us for our unused night because the booking was nonrefundable. I disagree with this determination because the booking was made based on the pictures on hotels.com. Had the establishment looked like the advertised pictures, I would’ve been happy to stay the second night.

The room at first appeared clean, but upon waking into the bathroom there was mildew along the cualking of the shower, hair in the jetted tub, paint droplets in the jetted tub, no trash bags in the trash cans. There was only one wash cloth which had a brown stain on it. Bed was very uncomfortable, as if three mattresses needs replaced.

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Shame on Orbitz for allowing them to advertise with you. Three out of the five rooms had small roaches. Dog feces were found outside an elevator. It is also used as transitional housing and that information was not disclosed. No way to communicate from room to front desk as all phones were missing. Advertise breakfast. There was two apples. Did I mention they double charged us. I am appalled by this hotel and considering legal action and will be contacting the health department,
