The people are great, I stay almost every 2 weeks… but this time the fridge didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, tv had multiple spots messed up on the screen, so this stay wasn’t as happy as the others.

You pay for what you get for the building condition, however for 75$ CAD, it was quiet, comfortable and the staff was lovely. Pets welcome , lots of parking, cant find a cheaper hotel that gives you more.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

You definitely get what you pay for. Rooms smelled funky, bathrooms were minimally stocked. Standing water in the bathtub when we arrived. Lights in the lobby were flickering. Internet was slow and intermittent. Cable on the small TV kept cutting out. Beds were uncomfortable….. Other than that, it was fine

I appreciate the stay but I think they can do better
真实点评

4/10 一般

The overall maintenance of the building was very poor. Lights were flickering in the lobby, carpets in the hallways were filthy, door paint was chipping. I was told that breakfast was from 6 to 10 AM but when I went down at 7am, there was absolutely no food other than a big jar of peanut butter where the bagels and bread typically would be… And a pitcher with about half an inch of milk in the cooler. Nothing else! The coffee was old, probably from the night before. The pool and hot tub that are advertised was shut down and the pool room just used a storage.

It was nice for the monkey
真实点评

2/10 较差

It was dirty and disrepair. Staff was very uninterested in helping anybody no phone in the bedroom TV didn’t work stains and repairs needed to be done in the bathroom. Facility was disgusting.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

While the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the service was excellent a few things would notch up the ratings such as holders for the toilet paper and hand towel, a protein (egg or sausage) for breakfast, and a clean upholstered chair. It was evident work was being done to make improvements. Thank you for a good stay. :)
真实点评

2/10 较差

There was stains all over the walls, ceilings, shower… no toilet paper, toilet was dripping constantly, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The only thing I liked was that the pool wasn't working during this summer season.

真实点评

6/10 不错

Older hotel pool is closed, breakfast was pancakes, mattress cover was so old it felt like San paper (they fixed it for the 2nd night) elevator was a little scary to ride, the toilet was so short that it was hard to get up for a older person.easy to get to. Worth the price.
真实点评

10/10 绝佳

It was a nice room and quiet with nice staff
真实点评

2/10 较差

The staff was helpful. However, the bathroom tiles were cracked, a very high injury risk; the shower head did not work; the bathtub had rust, and the bedsheets had stains. The breakfast was mediocre, and the pancake maker needed servicing.
真实点评

8/10 非常棒

Quick easy checkin. Very comfortable bed and quiet room.
真实点评

6/10 不错

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful. They were very dog friendly, which was nice. The room was ok for one night, but I don't think I'd want to stay longer than that. The free breakfast was nonexistent. Just some toast and a couple oranges. Which was disappointing. I guess you get what you pay for..

No hot water for shower , no pool it was more like a storage room , outside our window from 1st floor garage mattresses and beer cans all over out there.
