Older hotel, great location

This little hotel is in a great location on a beautiful beach, with amazing views from the oceanfront rooms. It’s an older property that is definitely showing wear and tear though, but you can see the improvements they are trying to make throughout the building. The room itself felt damp, and did have a musty smell, and the beds were lumpy and not comfortable. Hopefully new mattresses are part of the upgrades in the future! The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast area was nice and clean and had a good amount for a continental breakfast. Both pool areas were small, but nice! I would stay here again in the future, for a night or two, but there are also many affordable condos on the island that could be a better option for a longer stay.

Stay was very nice … ocean front and beautiful. I was disappointed becuase I rented this place because it said it had heated pool . However it was NOT heated and my 3 year old was so disappointed she couldn’t swim .other than that great place to stay

Just Beautiful!

I Took my family there & booked one night but ended up booking another night because of how much we loved this place! The staff is nice , the rooms are clean , beds are comfortable, the view of the beach is out of this world!! They offer breakfast in the morning from 7-10. It was overall an amazing beautiful place too stay. Whenever we fly back to the east coast we will definitely stay here again! 10/10

Here is what I would expect in a room: Shovel the snow. I snowed Monday, by Sunday it should have been cleared Provide a heated room. Room was 41 degrees when we checked in There were 4 rooms booked, why was my ocean view room switched to streetview? Do not call me threatening to cancel my room because the front desk wants to go home. I was clear I would bethere 15 mins after AFC title game conclusion - astonishing that after making that point, I was told unless I was checked in by 11:30 I would lose room. Game ended at 9:30 why am I being hassled. If the room is 41 degrees - you need to provide blankets. We will never be at this property again.

This property inside and out is in need of a major upgrade. Couldn't lock the dead bolt on the balcony door, so I had to put a dresser in front of it. Toliet and shower is in need of a replacement, dirty vanity drawers, worn out bath towels, very thin blankets on bed and smelly pillows. Won't ever stay here again!

Not well sound proofed. Could hear guest's room hair dryer easily, as well as upstairs guest walking across the floor. In addition, repairs on adjacent room were being performed in the morning well before checkout or plan for waking. View of ocean was very nice, however, and room was clean.
