Would not stay here

Upon arrival, was greeted by feiendly staff. When arriving to the room, no outlets worked at all. No electricity for refrigerator or for simple phone charging. Told the clerk and was given another room. The bed was in horrible shape, the floors and counters were sticky, broken windows and the ac rattled all night. Some of the flooring was missing and the drywall looked in horrible shape. The pictures in the ads do not match what the room really looked like. I really hope the new owners do some serious renovations to bring this hotel out of the 1990s.

A nightmare come true

One of the worst experiences in my life. The TV didnt work, the AC didnt work, and the room was pretty hot we couldnt sleep all night. The hotel advertise free breakfast, but there is no breakfast at all.

This hotel is the worst nasty place to stay at we went to check in and had to call to let them know that we were there to check in. While we were checking in there was a guy that was checking out and could not remember his room that he was checking out of and I think we got the room that he just checked out of. The room we got the bed was not made and the room smelled really bad. The mattress was so nasty looking and very old. They did not want to refund me my money.

The property is extremely dirty and unkept. So many things need repair. The mattress & sheets were so old they were yellow. The micro & mini fridge were dirty. There were no towels. There has not been breakfast at this property for over a year. The list goes on and on!

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOTEL. Husband wasn’t even able to check in. No computers, didn’t have the room ready, had no record of reservation, no complimentary breakfast offered as advertised either. Now I’m stuck trying to get a refund or having to eat the expense.

First impression was ok, however, there was a lot of things that were not ok. Stain on the back of the front door, the lamp on the opposite side of my side, the lamp did not work. The shower head was broken and was wetting my entire face, felt like I was drowning. The curtain was hanging by a thread practically and look old. We had a small bed I’m not sure if it was a queen or a full. I was not happy with my stay and I’m glad it was just an overnight stay!

The pictures are deceiving online. It’s nothing near it. The room smells smoke, no trash can in room, floor looks nasty, bed is bad. Everything in the room is bad and looks nasty. It’s a ghetto not a hotel. Nothing good to write about.
