stranded at the airport, had to book in a hurry. got room, took a nap and woke up to the bathroom ceiling leaking, coming down like rain, called front desk to report!. THEY SDIDNT EVEN OFFER ME A DIFFERENT ROOM, I had to call back and ask, After maintenance guy came and assessed! Moved to new room, never offered any assistance! 4am- at front desk to get shuttle and requested a receipt for airline… front desk guy said he could not provide me with a receipt because I booked with a 3rd party!! Worst customer service ever! staff quite apathetic to guests needs!!
