I chose this place for the free parking which was good, the number of beds, and the laundry facility. Both coin op washing machines were broken on the property. We could use the ones across the street but there was high demand since our were broken. One receptionist gave me a hard time an out charging my room to get $2 in quarters. She told me they couldn’t charge me to give me the quarters. So I asked that she just give me two dollars in quarters to offset the inconvenience of the broken machines. She slapped them on the counter. Then, a day later they changed my credit card $2. Fine but they either shouldn’t have given me a hard time about it or not charged me. The penthouse is a really weird space with minimal furniture. The kitchenette has no microwave - fine. It’s not listed. There are ac units in the bedrooms only. Also, according to our hotels.com booking, we should have received a bottle of wine - we did not. If I were to return to San Juan, I would choose a different place.

We rated the property a 3 because the beds were comfortable and parking was included. Communication was prompt and thorough. We booked the Penthouse, sleeps 6, we did not understand that this was a walk up. Midway in the stay the stairwell smelled of death with huge flys. Really gross. There are only 3 chairs in the living area, very uncomfortable to hang out in. The kitchenette was quite poorly appointed. 2 juice cups, 1 wine glass, no oven, microwave or toaster. No cleaning services were offered during our week long stay. We did get to exchange towels toward the end of the week. There is a loud club located directly across the street. Bass thumping and people yelling all night long. Not recommended for families! *Excellent restaurants in the area.

Felt like going to your grandma’s house. Ideal for if you want to live with the locals. Staff were great and communicative. Walking distance to Viejo San Juan.

Booked this as soon as we landed. I expected a little more for the price. The accommodation wasn’t bad, but very basic and needed a little extra cleaning in the bathroom. They let us check in early, however, not at all flexible with checkout. I requested an extra 30minutes and was denied that, even as an Expedia VIP. Other than that, front desk staff were great, providing wine at check in, ponchos when it rained and a hefty lift of food recommendations. No TVs in bedrooms, which isn’t a must have, but would’ve been nice. AC works very well! The area is quiet, but there are quite a few restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Would stay again if I can catch it at a lower rate.

The staff were very responsive, helpful and friendly. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the old city and a local beach with good swiming. The art gallery across the street was hosting a party one of our two nights with some fairly loud music. Pack some earplugs.

Very central helpful and friendly bodega near by don't like the backery they don't bake them self so only old bread what they heat up but they are not with the complex I loved how safe it was I personally think it could use a microwave or tosteroven to heat up food and a dumpster for your trash but otherwise I would definitely rent again otherwise awesome thank for having me
