The apartment was tiered, tiles were broken, water is leaking, tables are falling apart and furnitures on the balcony are in a bad condition. But there were also good things in the apartment, therefore I give it theee stars.

We enjoyed our stay at Rockwell. Thanks for having us! The complex is secure well maintained, and easy access to V&A. Our apartment was comfortable, with a few issues. The good: It was comfortable and bedding/towels were clean. The apartment was reasonably clean, not perfect, but good. The kitchen and supplied utensils was great for nights when we didn’t want to eat out. The included TV streaming services were great. Having a washer and dryer was very handy over our 2 week stay. It’s a great location. It’s secure with staff at the front entrance and carpark. The not so good: The apartment was showing signs of wear and tear - definitely not as fresh as the photos online. The safe didn’t work, even after multiple requests to have it fixed. There was a broken/missing tile on the bath in the master bedroom bathroom. The bathroom connected to the main bedroom was pretty much unusable, with only a bath (no shower) and the toilet crammed in on an odd angle. The front door slam lock needed repairing by maintenance. The safety rails on the balcony needed repairing by maintenance. The air conditioner barely worked. The balcony was dirty, furniture was missing cushions and cushion covers, rendering it unusable. The front outside front door handle was varnished during our stay, requiring us to be extra careful about touching the handle when opening. It’s noisy outside, day and night. I would stay again, however be aware that some apartments may be overdue for a refresh.
