A great location close to restaurants and coffee shops and the historic downtown is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean and modern and has everything you can want. The only negative was the noise as soundproofing isn’t great however that could be the location of our apartment (2A)

Perfect location 15 min from old town, beach, Larios shopping and bus station, metro close by. The building is clean, apt is good and has almost all one need. A minus star for the constant bbq smell from the Assador restaurant on the first floor. I got ok comm with the frontdesk via whatsapp and they even granted 1h late check out. on my geberal impression for next time in Malaga w fam is that I will need a varanda with sitting place and/ or reception and lounge area. They have elevator.

Perfect location, very spacious and good value for money! We loved the place, it was perfect for our family where we needed 2 bedrooms, since our little one still sleeps with mama. Too bad we couldn't stay longer! Will definitively come back here.

Accessible to everywhere!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, and the apartment was clean, spacious enough for two, and fully equipped. The internet was fast and reliable—perfect for remote work. The building manager, Teresa, speaks excellent English and was incredibly helpful in accommodating our needs. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the terrace! It looks exactly as advertised

Lovely apartment very conveniently situated but a little quieter than the main areas. Bed was exceptionally comfortable! A little lacking in cooking utensils. Only one small saucepan and one blunt kitchen knife. Crockery and cutlery were otherwise ok but it would be difficult to cook much with the equipment available. We didn’t see any staff during our stay but the access codes worked well and the place felt secure and safe.

Jättefin lägenhet med allt man kan önska på utmärkt läge i centrala Malaga. Supersköna sängar och kuddar. Enda negativa var att i vår lägenhet, 1B så kom det in matos från restaurangen under oss! Dock bara i det ena av de två sovrummen som tur var.
