Only downside would be there was no access for pushchair as I had a small baby but other than that the staff were amazing and welcoming especially during our stay. Beautiful boutique hotel close to the Dubai mall, restaurants and DIFC. Nice pool area with lounge area and several restaurants on site. The only thing they could improve upon is service at the check in and concierge desks. There were several staff members around but there was a line up of guests checking in because only one person was checking guests in. Once I did get attended to everyone was very nice to deal with. The concierge desk was not usually staffed and I had to walk around looking for someone to assist when I had questions about directions or recommendations for restaurants. Despite that it didn’t ruin my stay at all and I would happily stay here again.
