The place was dirty to the point of scary. Wasn't sure it was safe, but didn't have a choice as it was last minute and couldnt afford to pay for a 2nd hotel (and not get back my Lamplighter $). Was afraid of bedbugs or cockroaches. Didn't get any sleep. Why is it so run down and still getting7-8 stars? Fals advertising. I did not thinki I booked a 2/10 star place. For a few bucks more, go somewhere else. I would like a full refund honestly.

I checked in on 2/26 at 3 pm. front desk guy, small, wiry with spectacles. First he was very rude to me, then he insulted me, then , for a moment, I thought he was gonna come around the counter and assault me. I was polite the entire time. I kept my mouth shut lest the guy just cancel my reservation outright. Later on, I was leaving to get dinner. a random guest was coming out of the lobby. I asked " excuse me, how was your interaction with the desk guy?" he replied " the guy was totally rude with anger issues". I have stayed at this property multiple times. NO More. Plus there was no HVAC in the room. no air conditioning and No heat. plus it was the most remote from office, Im sure the desk guy put me there on purpose. I hope upper management reads this

Horrible. Went through several rooms before found one where everything works (one room probably got mold exposure from entering) but no microwave or coffee maker. Took 6 days to get brought to room. Racist against Hispanics desk clerk. Stayed over a month and given worst room, as far from lobby as possible. Horrible customer service. Charged twice and a $850 charge out of nowhere which I luckily caught and fixed. There is nobody to complain to higher up or corporate affiliate. Most of the hotel isn't even used. If I had to guess I would say it's only a front to launder money. Don't stay here.
