The flat itself and Angela's responsiveness were good. Water pressure was good. Price was good. We rate it about an 8 out of 10 only due to the location. A lot of trash, homeless, and drug use in the area. We just got here after being in Milan and Rome. So we were a little shocked at how unclean the area is. It is conveniently located as we enjoyed visiting Pompeii, Mt. Vesuvius, and Sorrento via train.

There was a major issue during my staying. They sent me code to get into my room but I lost the message. I tried to contact the hotel to get the door codes and even though it was late, no help whatsoever was provided by the hotel staff. I had to look for another place to spend the night. This is not acceptable as they must respond in case of emergency. What if the phone is lost or stolen. It was a pity as I was very satisfied with the hotel, but this really disappointed on top of the extra money I had to pay.
