Rooms are spacious, its very clean, a great location for the co op areana and etihad - 5 mins in an uber. Nice bar area (i felt for the bar staff when everyone got back and wanted drinks) staff were lovely. Breakfast had a good selection and we'll stay again if up for a gig.

Clean and well located for coop live, 20min steady walk. Unfortunate experience at breakfast. Milk had gone off, cereal and coffee unpleasant. Staff rectified quickly and provided coffee from the bar. Food was OK, good selection but lacked quality. Hot buffet breakfast, beans were freezing! Rest of the buffet was just warm. Staff tried hard to rectify but then lacked confidence, didn't eat but was able to sort a full refund for breakfast without any qualms. 2nd time we've stayed here, first time would have recommended breakfast, might think twice in future.

We had an amazing Stay at the leonardo Piccadilly everything was perfect.Room was clean,beautiful,quiet and warm and breakfast was delicious they even made me veggie sausage and poached eggs.The staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them our room was ready on arrival so we were allowed in way before 3pm I really can’t fault this lovely hotel it’s amazing and it made our stay in Manchester perfect can’t wait to visit again

Room was beautiful and the hotel was very clean. Staff upon check-in were extremely rude, speaking about personal relationships and going on dates with men instead of helping customers. Staff were looking customers up and down whilst pulling faces when asked questions. Overall very beautiful hotel but staff were not helpful in the slightest, more interested in what they were going to get up to outside of work than doing their actual job which ruined the whole experience.
