The room was not clean. Drug paraphenalia. Stripped cars in tge parking lot. The grounds were not safe. The doors did not lock. This hotel was grossly misrepresented should not be offered by Hotels.com. Stay away! We had to leave and find a place to stay that was resonably safe.

My overall experience was more stressful, than relaxing. The room itself was spacious as stated in the listing, but compared to the listing it was not as updated, clean or well maintained as we were lead to believe. It was difficult to contact the host about the issues we experienced, but when we did, we were either ignored, left waiting or even having to call back about the issues. Checking in and out we’re probably the only thing that was not that big of a problem. I know I won’t be returning and I don’t want to be the one to recommend it to anyone else.
Most of the doors were cracked and locks didn’t work.
It was like this when we arrived and hardly any toilet paper was left and no towels were included.

The hotel said they couldn't find my itinerary leaving me and my elderly mom out on the street we had to get an Uber to another hotel for the night the next day I received my check in details but was still charged for the 1 at which I did not stay the place was dirty itchy I think bed bugs and the place had a smell they did not honor the the roo. I paid for on top of it all and my mom's phone came up missing there and no idu would help locate it when we found the location through the hub they did nothing about it

I booked smoke free room but the whole building smell like smoke. Only one tiny trash can out of the whole apartment. Only 2 towels, 3 thin pillows for 4 people room. Dogs barking, people in and out after midnight. I would not recommend.

A person was able to open our door while we were asleep in the middle of the night. Cockroaches alive and smashed to the wall. Stains on couch (regular brown and a red unidentified stain), stain on pull out bed sheet and mattress (brown), no blankets or top sheet for pull out bed. Listed as queen beds (family suite) really fulls. One towel in each bathroom. No dishes and silverware, one cooking utensil. Bathroom doors couldn't be closed all the way for privacy. Doors on bedroom where glass, motion light kept waking sleeping child and couldn't be deactivated. Exposed lighting wires in the ceiling.
