The manager at the desk greeted me warmly and later sent immediate help when I had trouble getting into my room. The hotel is very convenient and economic, but it is showing its age. The room was clean and had good working Wi-Fi.

Toilet was dirty. Door jams were rotted allowing light and air to come in from outside. Neighbor played loud music until 2am.

I checked in on November 25 at about 3 PM. Clerk at the desk was very polite expedited my order and gave me room key to room 115. Everything was fine.
The next day before checkout, I decided to extend my stay for another 10 days paid in advance on the credit card .During the next few days the maid service came in cleaned, emptied the trash, but did not make the bed. In fact that happened several times during my 10 day stay. On Thursday, December 5 ,I was out all day. Came home to the room about 8 o’clock in the evening bed was made trash cans were emptied room was clean but there was a terrible cigar smoke smell in the room so I went to the front desk talked to the clerk.He had his maintenance guy go out and take a look immediately to my room I stayed in the office waiting Maintenance man came back to the office and said that he didn’t smell nothing. I said you gotta be kidding me I can smell the odor of cigar smoke. I said I’d rather not argue. I Turned to the clerk and said I’m checking out early. They would like a refund for the days not used. The clerk issued a refund for a total one night stay and I was I was happy with that. There was also one other thing that I recall that I mentioned to the clerk before leaving that I heard a scratching noise in the middle of the night a few nights wasn’t sure what that was. He informed me that the adjacent room behind me the tenant had pets. I replied oh that makes sense that explains it.
