I like this hotel especially how it preserve the historical architecture and renovated it into a modern hotel. I appreciate that they let me check in early after a long flight. The only thing is that the cleaning lady forgot to totally empty the trash can left by the last person who stayed in the room. In general, I like my stay.

We needed to get to the train station rather early, so chose this for location. That said, we LOVED it. the staff is terrific and it's gorgeous and spacious. We had a small balcony and view of the river. We could walk to the tour we wanted to do. I would not hesitate to book here.

The most credit goes to the very friendly and attentive staff. We requested to be moved to a two separate beds room as I had mistakenly booked a room with a single bed. They made that happen the very next day! The valet parking was so convenient and they always brought the car around at the time I would request them to. They made eveything so easy, The hotel's location was fantastic. Walkable from so many spots we wanted to visit and was also right above a subway line. The building has so much character as it is a converted old train station with still the same charm. The only thing I would like to add as hopefully a constructive feedback is to have more shelf space in the shower area for toileteries. Overall I would totally recommend this hotel in a heartbeat,

Editory Riverside

This hotel was located at the train station Tagus Riverside. It was clean and the rooms very quiet. There was an included breakfast buffet each morning. The offerings were numerous, and eggs cooked your way! I did not eat in the restaurant, but one night around 9:30 we decided to try one of the deserts before retiring. Cannot tell you if the brownie with gelato was good or bad as 35 min later we left without it being served to us. The waiter was more than embarrassed. The location is convenient to start out your trek in Lisbon!

Great location, great service, great experience

Had a great 2.5 nights at the Editory -- the team at the front desk was so friendly, helpful and responsive. We only had 2.5 nights because we had to leave at 3am to catch a cab to the airport which they very helpfully arranged. The hotel itself is beautiful, very retro (what I imagine 1920's glam style would be) above a centrally located train station and metro station. We could not hear a thing which was a concern when booking. Central to the Alfama district, and easy walking to the other tourist districts. They offered a breakfast but we didn't partake so I can't review that. Views were stunning to the river. My only "complaint" and this is really minor and very personal to me is that the bed was more firm than I personally care for, but that doesn't affect my rating or interest in returning to stay there. I would definitely recommend to other people visiting Lisbon, especially if you want a great view!

Mycket fint hotell med bra läge. Frukost och bar bra. Städningen underkänt, halvfulla kaffekoppar lämnades kvar och efter 3 dagar såg det rätt tråkigt ut. Ingen påfyllning av kaffe, fick påpeka det varje dag.

Immer wieder

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches in ein altes Bahnhofsgebäude eingebaut wurde. Der Bahnhof ist noch in Betrieb, stört aber nicht. Die Zimmer zum Meer sind an einer befahrenen Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Lissabon lässt sich von dort per Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super gut erkunden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett ist für eine 5 Sterne Haus etwas dürftig aber dafür alles sehr frisch incl omlettsration. Die Zimmer sind sauber und interessant gestaltet, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten
