The property is under MAJOR renovation. The staff is very courteous and helpful, but the flooring in hallways is torn up, shower pans stacked up in the parking lot, construction in common areas not hidden, and dumpsters in parking lot spaces.

Staff are very friendly. Property is under complete renovation. Room has no hot water, mentioned it to the front staff several times, I just gave up. Housekeeping was not regular, went three days with none. The funniest part of the stay was as I was leaving I needed to know why the bed made such awful crackling sounds, the mattress was indeed new, complete with the plastic wrap it was delivered in. They just threw linens on top of it.

We checked in and got up to the room and the room was nasty and didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all. There were also bugs everywhere! From the time we walked in the room, we saw roaches running as well as bedbugs. It was awful. We ended up having to leave and go find a different hotel somewhere else.

The room that I was in was newly renovated so it was good. The hotel itself is under renovation and needs some time to be in good shape. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was actually pretty good. So all in all it was an ok stay. I hope that the reno work gets completed and it will be fine

Room had recently been updated and it was clean and comfortable. The hallways and lobby were not updated and were dated and worn. Overall for what we needed, which was a quiet and comfortable room it was very good. Note there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.

Room was dirty, bathroom was disgusting, no security, dirty sheets on one bed. Floor had a film on it. Looks like they renovated the room but hired the cheapest contractor and the cut all the corners. Looks great in photos but great bait and switch.

Checking in for one night, the hallway and room smelled horrible, Maintenance was working in the hallway using an auger/snake cleaning out a sewer pipe, the sent stunk up the entire place. Carpet was absolutely filthy. Bathroom Toilet would only flush once, then you had to wait 20 minutes to flush again. The sink wouldn’t drain as well. Maintenance did come however he couldn’t fix it and said he would be back, which didn’t happen. Woke up in the middle of the night with cockroach’s everywhere, I couldn’t go back to sleep, I had to gather my things. No security doors leading to the hallway of rooms, as people hung around outside that weren’t guest. The front desk was unapologetic and certainly wasn’t helpful, to say the very least, even after going there three times. I should be compensated for part or all for the of the $219 I paid for a horrendous experience.

The hotel is being renovated so the halls are sketchy. The room was renovated. The water pressure was good but it was like someone was turning it off and on. That made it interesting to shower. Good thing I didn’t have to wash my hair. Once the hotel renovations are complete I would try staying again.

Even though the rooms are renovated the halls and rest of the buildings are not. The bathroom didn't loon renovated at all, moldy looking corners. The breakfast had the potential to be really good but was disappointing. When we came back one night our door was open, and it was obvious the cleaners had come but didn't empty the trash, which with a newborn means the roon stunk.
