The place we stayed was immaculent. It was like you had your own kitchen. Very clean. Dual TV's.

For the price I would expect more
I was disappointed over the hype of this hotel. It didn’t feel clean and we had to get an exterminator/maintenance in there twice to get rid of gross bugs all over the place. We were only given 4 towels for a room that sleeps 8 and the lady who checked us in checked us into the wrong room
Originally under a similar name so check in took over half hour. Won’t be running back to stay there again

Don't pre-pay for breakfast!
Breakfast doesn't even begin until 8am for some reason, so I had to depart before it even began on each day of my stay. Paid for nothing.

Hotel needs some updates, for our two nights stay, barbecue didn’t good enough for grilling beef steak, or chicken, it was broken also coffee machine didn’t work and and washing machine was so loud when I used it the sound was horrible
It doesn’t worth for it’s price
I’m not coming back again

The resort is amazing, clean, relaxing. It was my first time but definitely not the last.
The restaurants were good. The vineyard is in the resort so you can do wine tasting without having to take the car.

Mishap on check-in but corrected
To be honest, we have been staying at this property for the past 10 years. The rooms are starting to get dated as there hasn’t been a huge change to the decor in years. For the first time in 10 years the room was not ready at 4pm. I get it that this can happen sometimes but the problem was with the front desk staff telling us the delay would be about 15-20 mins. They said they would call when the room was ready, but 2.5 hours later I had to go check on my own. The room was still not ready but after complaining that this was not reasonable anymore they gave us someone else’s room who had not arrived yet. We then spoke with the manager who gave us a credit to the restaurant which was a step in the right direction. Other than this mishap on check in, the rest of the trip was fine. The only thing I would recommend is updating the rooms somewhat. They have been that way for years and are showing their age now. The restaurant was awesome, I recommend the beef ribs.

Très belle propriété sur une réserve indienne. Les équipements sont très bien entretenus. L’hébergement est de très haute qualité ainsi que toutes les facilités. La dégustation de vin était très professionnel et la restauration était à la hauteur.

Front desk was awsome and our waitress at dinner was very good. The only poor thing was our service at brunch. The waitress brought us the wrong meal and then argued with us about it when we pointed out the error. We had indicated that one of us doesn't eat meat, which was why we ordered the vegetarian option. She brought us a bison burger and then was unable to privide a vegetarian option for the guest who does not eat meat. She argued that she had not made the mistake and that we had misordered.
