A major thing for me was the condition of the pool. The main fantasia pool we were hanging out in desperately needs to be resurfaced. It grosses me out especially when paying almost 300 for one night… the events at the pool were quiet and non engaging. Music was okay but as far as pool play time/games I would choose fort wilderness any day. With it being on the cheaper side I understand you “get what you pay for” but this is still a Disney resort and I expected more.

Eu gostei muito do hotel! Principalmente o Music. Porque tinha variedade de comidas. O que me hospedei o All star Movies, está mais antigo. A limpeza, deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas, ainda assim, voltaria, porque o hotel, para quem vai com crianças é fantástico!

Hotel já amplamente estudados aos pretendentes a visitar a Disney. Minha estadia só confirmou o que as resenhas já diziam : Facilidade de acesso aos parques pelo transporte grátis, organizado e farto oferecido pelo hotel do complexo Disney. Limpeza invejável das áreas comuns (exceto quartos). Funcionários amáveis e prestativos ( exceto alguns da recepção), boa relação custo benefício, praça de alimentação e loja que suprem qualquer necessidade básica imediata…

At the moment we arrive at the resort, the place makes your mind feel magical and that is the idea of going to a destination to rest, everything is very well cleaned, perhaps the food court needs more variety of food since it is everything fast food. Al momento de que llegamos al resort el lugar hace que tu mente se sienta algo magico y esa es la idea de ir a un destino de descansar ,todo muy bien puesto su limpieza, quizás el food court necesita mas variedad de comida ya que es comida rapida.

I enjoyed the adorable grounds n statues. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed views and playground. Food in food court was very good. Great selections. I did not like the room decor very plain n muted. A very thin white and cheap blanket on bed with cheap quality pillows that go flat. When I asked for my room to be refreshed I was told rooms only cleaned every other day that they would place my request but could not guarantee a cleaning. Turnoff . If a customer requests room to be refreshed I believe customer should be accommodated. Especially when you have kids staying with you in room. These hotel prices went up yet service went down.
