We felt welcome here, from the minute we walked in, till checkout. Front desk staff seemed to be sincerely pleased with our stay. Lots of smiles, good advice, overall a success. The hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in, so much so we wish we had planned a couple of extra days there just to enjoy the roof top decks and lively area. The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!
