This was our first all inclusive experience and it left a little to be desired for us. We aren't huge drinkers so we were after quality and not quantity for the drinks but that seemed like the opposite most of the time at the resort, at best the drinks lacked consistency. We enjoyed our room and it's mini bar more than the other bars. The veggie bar was awesome and the grotto area was our favorite place to hang out. The New Years Eve party was fun and the room service was great.

Beautiful property with lush greenery. Quiet peaceful resort with beautiful views. Room was spacious and bright and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of stairs but good for getting steps in.

Nightmarish experience, with Terrible staff who created every opportunity to extort money from you, all restaurants were closed. Staff came to our room at 9 pm trying to clean a room we just set foot in. The buffet food was disgusting. Cut our trip short because I was starving, and starting to feel sick and unsafe. I want everyone I love to experience a vacation at CSS! We had the best time. The staff was so kind and professional and patient. The resort was so beautiful and every inch is designed thoughtfully. We appreciated the calm and romantic vibe. Though we had a blast, it wasn't a wild party resort, which is exactly what we needed to recharge. Overall it was an A experience and we hope to make it there again!

The grounds were beautiful, lots of places for photos, flowers, views, not a mega sized inclusive property, quiet with plenty to do. Had a mishap with air conditioning and sometimes the staff had slow response on requests and not aligned on late check out. Rendell was very nice at Bella Vista

Hotel itself is pleasant. Older property, clearly, but renovated so it looks ok. Beach is nice, even though extremely shallow. Have nice martini bar, nice vegan & natural juice bar. I liked their coffee shop. SPA, at least part that we saw, was nice and massage therapists were quite good. However, service is terrible. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because check-in staff and tour desk/concierge were super helpful. The rest of the staff was straight terrible. No one knew restaurant hours, sending us on 10 min up and down the hill run to catch the dinner that finished 30 min before. Restaurant staff was straight up rude, even by Jamaican standards. If you look for beach/pool towels around 2-3 pm, the only response you get is "we are out of towels right now, but should have some later in the day". When? When it's dark and no one needs those towels? Food options in main restaurant, Jamaican buffet for Independence Day & room service were extremely limited and if you get to any of the meals 45 min after start, they run out of all the best options. Imagine Jamaican buffet they put for Jamaican Independence Day celebration ran our of jerk chicken 45 min after the start time. How???
