Schönes neues Hotel relativ zentral in Moab gelegen. Ideal als Ausgangspunkt zum Besuch der beiden Nationalparks. Leider blieb das Frühstück ziemlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück. An das Einweggeschirr gewöhnt man sich in den USA irgendwann, aber das „Rührei“ angerührt aus Pulver war ungenießbar!

Staying in Moab while visiting Arches & Canyonland

We would stay here again if we went back to Moab. We loved the location to the National Parks, dual bathroom sinks, the large size of our condo. The washer and dryer were an added bonus that we really needed. Three hot tubs were a must after long days spent hiking.

Beautiful surroundings in Moab. We had the presidential suite. Had an air hockey table in it. Kitchen was great to have. Parking was easy. Only thing is our unit was facing the main road so road noise can be an issue if you are a lite sleeper or have kids that have a hard time with road noise. Otherwise everything was great. Great sized pool. Included daily hot breakfast. Great for a quick grab and go before you hit the trails.

Not the tidiest/cleanest

We unclogged a large wad of a previous guest’s hair from the shower drain. There was a corner of the kitchen dining area on the other side of the wall where the phone was that was dirty, including some time of small black rubber circular band or plastic ring. The staff was very friendly, and we otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Beware of overbooking and long waits

They did not have the room we reserved or one to accommodate 3 people. They offered two studios in separate buildings. The worst part is the desk cannot help with reservations. All reservations and room inventory is handled through a third party 800 number. I waited on hold for 30 minutes to get an initial answer and then on the phone for 2 hours to try to find a resolution. Most of that was also on hold. Eventually, the 800 number was able to help book us a room at another unaffiliated hotel in town luckily.

Great Stay!

Very clean! Pool as heated and extremely clean. Hot tubs were great. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Kitchen had everything needed, rooms very comfortable.

Don’t stay here

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Hotel management overbooked rooms and we drove 6 hours to be told we couldn't stay in the room we booked AND already paid for. They tried to move us to smaller room that wouldn’t work for our family and then moved us to a different hotel. Hotel we stayed at was much smaller and didn’t have amenities we wanted. Also it was much cheaper than what we paid for and we were told they would match what we paid or go above. Terrible way to start our family vacation. Staff told us management overbooks ALL THE TIME. Horrible practice. Need full refund and I’m sure that will be difficult too.

Wonderful place!

Wonderful experience: Convenient lication to Moab and natl parks; friendly, helpful, efficient check-in; new buildings with immaculate 1-BR condos; super-comfortable bed; well-appointed kitchen; in-condo washer/dryer; upscale bath products; great mountain view from spacious deck; large heated pool with 3 large hot tubs; easy and efficient check-out process (text). Great place to stay!

Stayed at the WorldMark in Moab for Valentine's Day. We were able to get a Presidential Condo, which was awesome! A full kitchen, laundry, even an air hockey table, the space was really great, very clean and comfortable. Amenities at the resort seemed nice, although we didn't use many. Breakfast was similar to any other breakfast you've had at a chain hotel--waffle maker, chaffing dishes with eggs and sausage, etc. Note - this is primarily a timeshare property, which sometimes can give us pause as we don't want to be pressured, and have been so before at other properties...but not here. Legit the only time they mentioned it was a time share property was when they said 'As this is primarily a timeshare property we don't have housekeeping, so please just let us know if you need anything'. So nice!
