Good location, within walking distance to the waterfront. For the lowest priced option in the travel apps, the rooms were clean, practical, not too dated, and felt safe. Our second floor room had a view of Morro Rock. Ample parking too. The walls are thin though...chatter in the hallway and adjacent room can be heard.

The view of the rock is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you have a disability make sure you let them know ahead of time so you get a ground room there are only a few rooms. Close to restaurants and shops. The Friendly Fisherman has great food next door!

This is my go to place to stay when visiting MB. I have pretty bad OCD with cleanliness being the most important. This place is ALWAYS super clean, the staff is so friendly that i came through at 4am once and they helped me find a spot to park and everything. Would 10/10 recommend!
