Hotel stay
Newly renovated so nice rooms. Unfortunately the service was very bad and weird setup. Was not allowed to put drinks on my room and asked to go to reception to pay for my drinks. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time.
