Our stay here was amazing, and the host was a great communicator. Valet parking was super easy, and everyone from the gate guard to the valet attendants were super helpful. You get a ticket with a QR to scan when you want to retrieve your car, and it only takes a couple minutes. Ins and outs for calet are included during the duration of your stay (you'll get a pass with dates listed).
Hotel check-in was also smooth. We were on the 10th floor with a city view, and it was a great room! A bit of a walk to use the MGM pool, but the smaller pools at each tower are also a fun vibe. I love that the room had an empty mini fridge for personal use, plates, cups, utensils, etc. There were enough towels in the room so we didn't need to call for more during our 4-day stay, and they provide extra pillows and blankets as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Fue mi segunda vez que he estado en este condominio, el servicio es bueno y la calidad de la habitación decente, aunque ya los elevadores presentan desgaste y ruido. Lo que no entendía y que HOTELES.COM no explica es que esta es una propiedad privada no un hotel, así que la comunicación con el anfitrión es lenta, para solicitar cualquier cosa se debe esperar uno o hasta dos días para resolver, por otra parte, no he recibido una factura o recibo de pago. Ni la confirmación de la devolución del depósito.

Good savings but the room needed TLC
The hotel was great. The room could use a little refreshing. Head board was torn, marks on the ceiling and unidentifiable substance on the painting on the wall. Not maintained like the regular rooms. However it was a good value considering the savings.

This worked out great. Literally the only difference between going with the condo vs regular hotel room was not having daily housekeeping services. The room was clean and ready for us. The check in and check out process was the same as booking a regular hotel room. Well worth it for a much better rate.
