The guy named Paul at front desk was extremely rude and refused our check-in. We brought a service dog with license but he insisted that only ADA dog is allowed. There is no any related information on their page on Expedia. We took this dog with license to many hotels and flights but this is first time this happened to us. At last he yelled at us saying get out of here. Disaster experience ever.

Great stay!!

We were very pleased with the friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The room was really nice, comfortable bed, and spacious. It was walking distance from restaurants and fast food. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Literally have the most diabolical “policies” I ordered at double bed room, & I put me and my friend would stay. A double room can accommodate for 4 people. An additional guest stayed but was never told to me directly he couldn’t or I would’ve paid the extra or put him on the list. Instead they waited until I checked out to tell me and then told me they were keeping my deposit because of it and that I couldn’t stay there anymore. I tried to swim at there pool with my MINOR CHILD & his little friend. & was declined due to my son not being on the reservation which he was only there to visit and swim during guest hours. I was literally told he can come to my room but does not have access to their amenities. He’s an 8 yr old child that just wanted to swim. I thought I was paying to stay at a hotel for the amenities? & you’re saying I have access but not my child???? Crazy. & crazy to wait until I check out to tell me I can’t come back and you’re keeping my deposit. Instead of opening your mouth and saying something before so we could come to a resolution.

Hidden gem

This hotel was a hidden gem. It was very low cost but was clean and the desk staff were very friendly. There was a full free breakfast. It is an older hotel which shows some wear, but the furnishings have been updated. I'd stay again.

When I first researched the hotel associated with your email, I was quite impressed by the positive reviews and appealing information I found. However, upon my arrival, the experience took a disappointing turn. I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, as I prefer to focus on the positive, but the glowing reviews I read were the very reason I chose this hotel. As soon as we stepped out of the car, we were immediately hit by a heavy cloud of marijuana smoke, which was quite off-putting. Then, while checking in, the receptionist informed me about an additional deposit requirement: $50 for credit card transactions and $150 for cash payments. In hindsight, I should have taken this as a warning sign of what was to come. The room itself was reasonably nice at first glance, but I quickly encountered several issues. The hotel phone was inoperative, leaving me unable to contact the front desk or request assistance. Additionally, I found that the light switch on the left side of the bed did not work, nor did the electrical outlets in that area. The wall lamp similarly failed to illuminate. It was evident that this hotel had once been a beautiful and luxurious venue, but its lack of maintenance made it quite the opposite. I felt embarrassed to have my family stay in such a place. On a more positive note, I will mention that the staff members were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, my checkout experience on Sunday was frustrating. I couldn't find anyone at the front d
